Is the state of the world getting you down? Do you have a difficult time finding joy in the day to day? Rocky is here to help!

After his brush with death, Rocky is here to share his appreciation for second chances. This boy, with his exuberance for life, will remind you how good it can feel to move your body as he seems to run full speed just to feel the wind rushing in his ears. Toys? He can’t get enough of them and will remind you how much fun it can be to take a well-deserved play break. Treats? Isn’t life more enjoyable with good food? Rocky certainly thinks so! 

But the thing that really makes his day? People. His velvety blockhead is begging to be pet, snuggled, and smushed. His bright, expectant eyes want to hear all about your intrusive thoughts and will remind you what an amazing person you are. This cuddlebug wants to be your forever snuggle buddy. Physical contact is healing and he’ll be there to offer his healing snuggles if you have a tough day or just to make sure your cup is overflowing with affection.

Sounds too good to be true? It’s not. But with all meaningful relationships, it’s a two-way street. We don’t know what his story was before he ended up in the shelter but he is showing he needs a little extra patience when it comes to training. He did well in play groups at the shelter but he needs slow, thoughtful introductions with other dogs and he may be selective about which dogs he wants to befriend. Rocky has so much to offer and will fill your days with joy and meaning if you have the patience and space to share your life with him.
