Curtis is a 1 year old Terrier/Shepherd mix. This handsome boy still has all the puppy energy and is working on his manners, but he has so much love to give. He really enjoys his snuggles and belly rubs.

Curtis has done a board and train at Tried and True Train and Stay and is doing another with Mason Dixon K9 while he waits patiently for a loving foster to take him in. What this means for you? He is getting all the training you would have done yourself and his training is backed by both trainers for LIFE! They’ll work with you to help get him adjusted to life in your home and if any issues arise, they’ll be an available resource to you for free.

He is very food motivated and has aced every food puzzle we’ve thrown at him. He would benefit from being in a home where he can be kept physically and mentally engaged on a regular basis as he THRIVES in a training environment.

He is dog friendly, though he’s also working on learning his dog-to-dog manners so he’ll need patient teachers that can correct him without getting too upset.

Curtis cannot be in a home with cats.
