Rosey

LEANER ALERT!! Rosey is a 2 year old Plott hound mix and she loves nothing more that to sidle up to her people, leaning on them while she gets her scritches. She is a playful pup who gets the zoomies once or twice a day with a sudden burst of energy, but she settles in quickly.
Tug of war or fetch? Why not both?! Rosey is always up for either.
She’s progressing well with crate training, though this Houdini needs a few extra carbiners in place so she doesn’t escape once she finds herself bored of being in her crate.
She has done very well with house training with only 1 accident in her first two weeks with her foster family.
Rosey is working on her leash manners. She can walk nicely when calm until she sees a squirrel or bunny. This girl is as smart as she is beautiful and food motivated which could make training a breeze.
While she’s done well with calm children, she is a mirror of energies and will reflect back the excitement level of the person she’s playing with. This can result in her getting overly excited to play at times.
Usually quiet, Rosey saves her barks for when she’s letting you know someone new is nearby. Sweet, smart, and playful. She’s ready to be part of your family!
